We are excited to announce that we have opened up a new position within our Operations & Management team!
As the Warehouse Operations Manager, your duties will be instrumental in ensuring that our warehouse is performing at optimum efficiency, so we can continue to provide our clients with beautiful, high quality flowers, for the world to enjoy!
Responsibilities:
- Create & implement warehouse operational efficiencies
- Maintain facilities and property to highest standard
- Implement & oversee safety protocols
- Develop & improve company KPIs
- Develop & maintain warehouse operations budget
- Forecast high & low seasonal logistical needs
- Forecast pricing increases or decrease based on volume/market trends
- Maintain and organize Department-related documentation
COMPENSATION: $78,000 - $89,000 Annually (Based on experience)
Available Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm EST
REMOTE POSITION: (Monday - Friday)
Qualifications:
- MUST be Bilingual (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
- Prior floral industry experience is REQUIRED
- Previous experience as Operations manager, shipping/receiving, logistics coordinator, or related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
