About the role:
The Account Manager conducts daily sales & business development activity to continuously expand growth of personal book of business. They interact with customers and potential clients, presenting our products, establishing standing orders, make new product offerings, maintaining strong business relations, closing new deals, and more.

Location: Doral, Florida
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 Annually + COMMISSION & BENEFITS
HIRING BONUS: Available for discussion/negotiation
Available Shift: Monday to Friday.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer support build new client relations.
- Provide customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability
- Monitor stock levels to facilitate sales orders.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database by entering customer profile details.
- Develop presentation format and compile data for the preparation of sales presentations.
- Consolidate, analyze, and summarize expenses to maintain an accurate record of sales expenditures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and sales promotion.
- Provide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challenges.
- Conduct research on regular and special prices to address and resolve issues with promotional allowance
- Participate in educational programs and seminars to update job knowledge and expand personal network.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- MINIMUM 1+ years of experience in FLOWER INDUSTRY sales, administrative assistant, customer service, or similar.
- High School Diploma.
- Computer skills, including data entry skills, spreadsheets, data programs, and PowerPoint.
- Must be attentive to customers' needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well with others and be a team player.
- Ability to manage schedules and inventory.
- Excellent organizational skills.
