About the role:
The Junior accountant is responsible for posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.

Location: Doral, Florida
Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 Annually + PLUS BENEFITS
Available Shift: Monday to Friday.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for all accounts payable for the USA from our location in Doral, Miami. Working on accounts payables may include:
- Registration of (purchase) invoices.
- Checking invoiced amounts with liabilities.
- Checking statements of suppliers.
- Contacting suppliers.
- Contacting Cash & Carry managers.
- Maintain supplier records in the system.
- Preparing payments to suppliers,
- Daily registration of received payments (cash, check, and credit card)
based upon received daily reports from Cash & Carry managers. - Checking the accuracy, and completeness of the daily reports.
- Electronic storage of the daily reports.
- Processing credit card collections
- Contacting customers about collection matters
- Register cash expenses
- And any other task requested by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- MINIMUM 1+ years of experience in accounting, administrative assistant, or in an office setting.
- Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar.
- MINIMUM 2 Years College Education.
- Experience in the processes of tax returns, payroll, and monthly- and year-closing.
- Ability to identify and recognize all kinds of risks that could harm our business and activities.
- Ability to successfully present financial goals, plans, and objectives to financial institutions and the C-Suite.
- Able to efficiently use financial data mining analysis tools
