Overview: Join NewVine Employment Group as an Executive Assistant, where you'll serve as the backbone of our operations, seamlessly managing administrative tasks while embodying our company's values as the face of our organization. In this role, you'll follow up with calls, spearhead social media marketing efforts, handle workers' compensation claims, and act as the welcoming presence at our front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Reception and Client Interface: Serve as the welcoming face of NewVine Employment Group, managing the reception area and providing exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and visitors.
• Call Follow-up: Proactively follow up with clients and candidates via phone calls to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Social Media Marketing: Lead the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence, attract potential clients and candidates, and promote our services effectively.
• Workers' Compensation Claims: Efficiently handle workers' compensation claims, including documentation, communication with insurance providers, and coordination with affected parties to ensure timely resolution.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing documents and presentations, and handling correspondence.
• Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a liaison to address their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions, social media marketing analytics, and workers' compensation claims documentation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to staffing, social media marketing, and workers' compensation, and propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
• MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and experience with social media marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
