We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Business Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in our international growth.
This position focuses on helping us expand business opportunities into the Spain AND surrounding European market. Our company is experiencing incredible growth and success in the US market and we are seeking a business partner ready to take on Europe!
We are looking for someone who is experienced in selling wholesale products into a retail store environment, proactive, willing and able to travel and passionate about sales and building long-lasting business relationships.

What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients within the Spanish market.
- Travel to surrounding territory, seeking out retail stores and similar re-sellers of consumer products.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring detailed reporting and forecasting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform strategies.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent our company and network with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent practical, professional experience.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wholesale consumer goods sector.
- Familiarity with wholesale sales process and dealing with retail store buyers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish business landscape and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales processes and data.

Compensation
- Starting at €35,000 - €40,000 annually salary, PLUS generous commissions based on Gross Sales.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, with flexibility to accommodate client meetings and events as needed.
