Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and secure manner.
• Ensuring timely and professional delivery of products to customers.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures during fulfillment and delivery tasks.
• Handling returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Occasionally, Operating or driving delivery van 
  

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Familiar with ZenDesk or any other ticketing tool, Zoom, Slack, ASANA or any other task management tool, G Suite, Trello, inventory and logistics software programs and SAAS applications or ability to learn quickly.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25kg).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is desirable.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems and GPS use.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.

Compensation

• Starting at $18.00-$19.00 per hour (Experience level subject to negotiation)

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional Weekends
