Role Overview

As a Bookkeeper within our Promotional Marketing Products team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports. Your attention to detail and ability to work autonomously will ensure the accuracy of our financial data and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records by accurately recording transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare regular financial reports in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support management with financial planning.
• Process invoices, bills, and deposits, ensuring prompt payment and accurate records.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and accounting regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in bookkeeping practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, preferably in promotional marketing or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Compensation

Schedule
