Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse range of products, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store and via phone or email, assessing their needs and recommending suitable promotional products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer requirements are met within specified timeframes.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and track sales performance to meet individual and team targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Promotional Printing and/or Marketing industry.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) is Preferred

Compensation
- $55,000-$60,000
Plus bonus opportunities.
Schedule
- Full-time IN-position, with flexible working hours including occasional weekends.
