Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as an Inventory Replenishment. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the seamless flow of our warehouse operations by managing, organizing, and maintaining our inventory. This position demands keen attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Monitoring: Regularly track and maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory by placing timely replenishment orders.
• Stock Organization: Arrange stock systematically for easy access and retrieval while ensuring the inventory is correctly labelled and sorted.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming inventory to confirm they meet quality standards and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Data Management: Utilize inventory management systems to input and retrieve data accurately and compile reports for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and other departments to ensure inventory needs align with production and sales demands.
• Waste Reduction: Implement practices to minimise waste, conducting regular audits to identify and address expired or obsolete stock.
• Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual
• Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field is desirable.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Working Conditions

The position is based in a warehouse environment and may involve frequent standing, lifting, and moving of stock. Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend shifts, might be required to meet inventory demands.

Compensation

 $16.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
