Role Overview: Internal Branding & Marketing Coordination
As our Branding & Communications Coordinator, you will enhance our company’s internal brand by planning, producing, and coordinating engaging communications and campaigns. You will partner with diverse teams to inform, inspire, and unite colleagues, supporting our mission, values, and team culture through every piece of messaging and internal marketing initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to develop and deliver consistent internal branding designs and employee communications.
- Coordinate and execute internal marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives that celebrate company achievements, promote engagement, and reinforce our values.
- Manage internal digital communication channels, including email newsletters, and visual displays across company locations.
- Create visually appealing presentations and branded materials in line with company guidelines.
- Monitor and measure engagement levels, collecting colleague feedback to inform content and future campaigns.
- Champion brand consistency and inclusivity in all communications.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in design, internal communications, branding, marketing coordination, or related roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English required).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to deliver on multiple deadlines effectively.
- Creativity with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand alignment
- Graphic design skills & proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media, email marketing platforms, and intranet software.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace communications.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience.
