We are seeking a reliable and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist in the Customer Support department of a leading Marketing & Branding company.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, clients, and colleagues in a welcoming, professional, and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls and manage the company’s main inbox, providing accurate information or redirecting as appropriate.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution within company standards.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk, lobby, and meeting rooms.
- Assist with scheduling client meetings, interviews, and room bookings.
- Provide customer support for basic enquiries about promotional branding products and services, escalating complex issues as required.
- Monitor and manage visitor logs and security processes to ensure compliance with company and data protection policies.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and document management.
- Communicate effectively, both face-to-face and in written form, with clients and internal teams, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, ideally within the promotional branding or related industry.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Good organizational and time management abilities with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to operate office equipment, including multi-line phones, scanners, printers, and copiers.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail.

- $18-21 per hour
