We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Returns Specialist detail-oriented candidate with experience using ERP systems like SAP, Acumatica, or Oracle.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Returns Specialist is responsible for processing returned merchandise efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage inventory systems, and physical capability to handle warehouse-related tasks.
Key Responsabilities
-Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise in alignment with company procedures.
-Accurately record return transactions in the ERP system (SAP, Acumatica, Oracle, or similar).
-Identify and document product conditions (defective, resalable, damaged, or nonconforming).
-Prepare returned items for restocking, repairs, or disposal as appropriate.
-Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-Assist with related warehouse duties, including lifting and moving heavy boxes.
-Communicate effectively with supervisors, vendors, and customers to resolve return discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
-Proven experience in returns, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
-Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Acumatica, or Oracle.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy boxes (up to company standard weight limits).
-Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) for effective communication with diverse teams.
-Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation
- Starting at $920 - $1,000 per week (Enhanced experience is subject to negotiation)
