Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (Floral Buyer) to oversee farm procurement, manage supplier relationships, and develop seasonal bouquet recipes for mass-market distribution. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and bring at least five years of experience in floral buying and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase flowers and related products from farms and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with growers and vendors.
• Develop and implement seasonal bouquet recipes that align with market trends.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet production and retail needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Stay informed of industry trends, seasonal availability, and new product opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in floral procurement or related roles.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of seasonal floral trends and bouquet design for mass-market retail.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL.

Compensation:

• $80,000 annually
