We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to oversee multi-entity operational excellence in the rapidly evolving hemp sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with key manufacturers, vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and distribution partners, conducting regular communications and quarterly performance reviews to optimize terms.
- Responsible for full supply chain management duties
- Serve as the key operational strategist responsible for aligning cross-functional
operations with the company’s financial, sales, and compliance goals to ensure
scalability across all entities. - Design and enforce processes and structures for audits, reports, reconciliations, and resolutions while supervising the operations team (procurement, production, warehouse, and project managers) to ensure accountability, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery through bi-weekly KPI reviews.
- Establish and monitor departmental KPIs across procurement, production, and logistics;
- Collaborate with Finance to evaluate performance against budget and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, inefficiency, and costs.
- Model operational excellence, coach department leads, and foster accountability and transparency across all reporting lines.
- Partner with HR and Finance to align team goals with organizational strategy and
performance metrics - Select and onboard new logistics partners to minimize delays, fees, holds, and seizures.
- Implement pre-shipment inspections, accurate HS codes, and proper valuation.
- Monitor all state, federal, and international regulations impacting product movement, labeling, import/export, and compliance; direct updates to SOPs, regulatory submissions, and internal audit protocols.
- Lead the operational readiness and compliance setup for new market entries and high-impact initiatives, including manufacturing consolidation and entity-level transitions.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance to ensure timely licensing, vendor setup, and supply chain readiness while developing project charters, timelines, and success metrics for all major operational changes
Essential Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain Management, with at least 3-5years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong familiarity with ERP/WMS software (e.g., Acumatica, Velixo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience in regulated industries, such as the cannabis sector, is a plus
- Advanced Excel capabilities and strong financial reporting acumen.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines
- Travel required to visit state partners, aid in the setup of new production lines, and align operations with our production and expansion goals through processes, training,

Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000-130,000
