This person will play a critical role in quoting jobs

accurately and efficiently, ensuring no detail is overlooked in a fast-paced environment

where customer needs and specs can change quickly.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, thrives under pressure, and understands

the importance of accuracy and responsiveness in a sales support role. Prior

experience in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products is a major plus.

2+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or sales support (preferably in

custom products or manufacturing).

Experience in the screen printing industry is a strong plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through — nothing slips past you.

Strong communication and organizational skills; must be able to manage multiple

quotes and tasks at once without losing focus.

Ability to stay composed and accurate when under pressure or facing last-minute

changes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quoting software (experience with Printavo,

PriceIt or similar platforms a plus. If not, no worries, training will be provided).

Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.

Strong math and logic skills — ability to calculate costs, margins, and price

breaks quickly and correctly.
