Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations
within a regulated hemp distribution environment. This role ensures efficient, compliant,
and accurate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods while maintaining
strict FIFO controls, lot tracking, and expiration-date compliance. The Warehouse Manager
leads a small team of selectors, manages warehouse systems and equipment, and supports
continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise a team of fewer than 10 warehouse selectors, including scheduling,
training, and performance management
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Enforce FIFO inventory management, including lot and expiration-date control
• Utilize and manage WMS software for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of hemp products
• Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits
• Operate and oversee forklifts and material handling equipment
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliances
• Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
• Warehouse management or supervisory experience in distribution
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, lot tracking, and expiration control
• Experience with WMS software
• Experience leading small warehouse teams
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work early morning and flexible schedules
•Preferred Experience: Regulated product environments such as hemp, food, or pharmaceutical distribution
•Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Schedule and Compensation
Regular schedule: 5 days per week, starting at 3:00 AM
Compensation: $60,000 a year depending on experience
