Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Replenishment Associate to join our warehouse operations on a permanent basis. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining stock levels across the facility, ensuring shelves and pick locations are replenished accurately and on time, and supporting efficient order fulfilment. The successful candidate will be organised, safety-conscious and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stock replenishment: Replenish pick faces, shelves and bulk locations from reserve stock according to plan; ensure locations are neat, labelled and accessible.
Order support: Work closely with picking teams to prioritise replenishment for urgent orders or replenishment exceptions to maintain throughput and minimise delays.
Inventory accuracy: Assist with cycle counts and stock investigations; report discrepancies and support corrective actions to maintain inventory integrity.
Health & safety: Follow company safety procedures and manual handling best practice; use PPE and report hazards or incidents promptly.
Equipment operation: Operate material handling equipment as required (pallet trucks, trolleys, order pickers); ensure equipment is used safely and any faults are reported.
Housekeeping: Maintain clean, organised work areas and ensure stock is stored in the correct locations to support efficient picking and shipping.
Process adherence: Follow warehouse management system (WMS) procedures for replenishment tasks, scanning and documentation; raise process improvement suggestions when appropriate.
Teamwork: Collaborate with supervisors, pickers and other warehouse colleagues to meet productivity and accuracy targets during peak and routine periods.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or retail stock environment is preferred (typically 1+ year).
Familiarity with basic stock management principles (FIFO/FEFO) and comfortable using handheld scanners or WMS systems.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock up to 25–30 kg as required and standing for extended periods.
Experience operating pallet trucks or order pickers is an advantage; relevant licences or training preferred where applicable.
Good attention to detail, time management skills and a practical, team-focused approach to work.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Compensation and schedule
$16 an hour
