We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team and are looking for Order Processor & Data Entry Associates to join us in Camden, Delaware.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Order, data entry and shipping system operation
• Fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and secure manner.
• Ensuring timely and professional delivery of products to customers.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits.
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures during fulfillment and delivery tasks.
• Handling returns and exchanges according to company policies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to operate computer and/or laptop in advanced levels
• Working Knowledge with ZenDesk or any other order processing/ticketing tool 
• Working Knowledge with task management tools such as:
       ASANA, Trello, Workday, Monday 
• Working Knowledge with inventory & logistics software, SAAS or applications.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25kg)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is desirable.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Compensation

• Starting at $18.00-$19.00 per hour (Experience level subject to negotiation)

Schedule

Candidate choice of Two shifts are available:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  
• Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
