We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of
Receiving & RMA Supervisor for our shipping & fulfillment warehouse.
The Objective:
The Objective:The Receiving & RMA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the receiving and organizing of packaging inventory across multiple locations, leading the input delivery to production, managing the delivery process between warehouses, and documenting the receiving process for both finished goods and RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
This role also supports inventory cycle counts and warehouse organization to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving and Organizing Inventory:
• Physically receive and organize pallets of packaging inventory in both warehouse locations.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is properly sorted, stored, and labeled for easy retrieval.
• Maintain organized and efficient warehouse spaces to optimize storage capacity and streamline operations.
Input Delivery to Production:
• Lead the delivery of inputs to production based on the production schedule.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure that necessary materials are delivered promptly and in the correct quantities to support production operations.
Daily Finished Goods (FG) Delivery to Alpha:
• Lead the daily delivery of finished goods to the designated location, Alpha.
• Ensure that finished products are properly loaded onto delivery vehicles and transported safely and efficiently to their destination.
Documentation:
• Document all incoming inventory, including finished goods, on the receiving log.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping to provide a clear overview of inventory levels and movements.
• Utilize different systems to document the receiving process for finished goods and RMAs.
Assist in Cycle Count and Warehouse Organization:
• Support in conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse space, utilizing designated locations effectively to optimize storage capacity and streamline operations.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- MUST be bilingual (ENGLISH / SPANISH)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as required.
- Capability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods.
- Dexterity and physical coordination to handle tools and equipment for inventory and warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to loud noises, varying temperatures, and potentially hazardous materials.
- Work primarily in a warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and packaging materials.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hard hats.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the receiving and warehouse areas.

Compensation
- Starting at $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Work in shifts, which may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Standard Schedule is:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
