Position Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and meticulous Laboratory Technician to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to laboratory settings and possess hands-on experience in working with liquids and/or chemicals. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate eager to work in a dynamic lab environment while contributing to our mission and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests, experiments, and analysis in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
• Work with chemicals, liquids, and pharmaceuticals to prepare, test, and analyze samples.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment and instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
• Record and document results accurately in lab reports.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to experiments and processes.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain appropriate records for quality assurance.
• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

•       Educational Background: Prior academic or professional training in laboratory sciences or related fields.
• Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory setting, with exposure to working with liquids, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
• Skills:
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in handling lab equipment and conducting tests accurately.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to facilitate communication within the team.

• Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Additional hours or weekends may be needed at times
