Job Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our promotional products and screen-printing services. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, addressing issues efficiently, and liaising with internal teams to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to address product specifications and timelines.
- Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Handle and document customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to handle client relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented and have a capacity for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed.
Compensation
- $40,000 - $45,000 annually
