About the Business Intelligence Analyst Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on Accumatica, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying analytics solutions tailored to our evolving organisational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and management teams, enabling a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build reports and dashboards in Acumatica for sales, inventory, and
operational KPIs. - Collaborate with sales leadership and inventory teams to identify data gaps, automate workflows, and surface actionable insights.
- Track product and rep performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities or risks proactively.
- Analyze customer and SKU-level data to support pricing, forecasting, product launches, and territory planning.
- Partner with stakeholders to support strategic planning, sales contests, and supply chain optimization.
- Maintain and continuously improve BI infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and support for cross-functional initiatives where data is needed
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a BI, data analyst, or sales operations analyst role.
- Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP is preferred, especially with report designer, dashboards, and generic inquiries.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL skills preferred.
- Experience working with sales, inventory, and financial data.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal structure.
- Bonus: Experience in wholesale, distribution, or cannabis/smoke shop industries
Bonus Points
- Experience integrating third-party tools with Accumatica or managing API/data connector workflows.
- Experience supporting business analytics in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-driven organisations.
- Relevant certifications in BI, ERP, or analytics platforms.
