Role Overview
The Customer Support Receptionist is often the first point of contact with our business, greeting visitors, managing inbound calls, and providing general administrative support. If you thrive in a busy, people-focused environment and enjoy supporting dynamic teams, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Customer Service Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression at all times.
- Efficiently answer all incoming telephone enquiries, redirect calls, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Assist clients and staff with queries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Help maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area that embodies our standard for client care.
- Support daily office operations: booking meeting rooms, handling deliveries, and managing mail.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Help coordinate internal events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Read, Write, and Speak
- Exceptional communication skills—confident, clear, and approachable with a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Competence with office technology (phones, printers, email, and scheduling tools).
- A helpful, proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
