Role Overview

The Inside Sales Assistant will support our sales team by managing client relationships, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth business operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Efficiently assist the sales team in managing customer accounts to achieve business targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Accurately and swiftly process incoming orders, ensuring timely and correct fulfilment of client requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transaction logs for future reference and accountability.
• Market Research: Assist in researching market trends and competitor activity to enhance sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Communication: Act as a central point of contact for existing clients, providing reliable information about products, pricing, and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Must have excellent communication skills, MUST be Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service, ideally in the flower industry.
• Technological Proficiency: Competency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite for order management and customer relations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Benefits and Compensation

• Base Salary of $800.00 weekly PLUS Eligible for bonuses & Commissions
